Refund Policy

At Haryorlex Studio, we are committed to delivering top-quality creative work and a smooth client experience. Since our services involve time, skill, and custom work, our refund policy reflects a balance between client satisfaction and protecting our creative resources.
💵 Refund Eligibility
You may be eligible for a full or partial refund under the following conditions:
✅ Before Work Has Started
- A 100% refund will be issued if you cancel the project before any production or design work has started.
✅ Within 24 Hours of Initial Payment
- A 50% refund may be granted if you cancel within 24 hours of payment, and the project work has not yet progressed past concept approval.
✅ If We Fail to Deliver
- A full or partial refund will be considered if Haryorlex Studio fails to deliver the agreed-upon services due to internal issues, and no substantial work has been delivered.
❌ Non-Refundable Situations
- Once work has been partially or fully completed, no full refund will be granted.
- Refunds will not be issued for:
- Delays caused by client inaction, lack of communication, or scope changes
- Creative differences after final approval or multiple revisions
- Completed and delivered digital goods (e.g. animation files, illustrations)
🔄 Revisions vs. Refunds
We aim to revise rather than refund. If you’re not happy with the initial results, we offer:
- Up to 2–3 rounds of revisions, depending on your project plan
- Communication with our art/animation lead to clarify expectations

Include:
- Your name
- Project title or ID
- Date of purchase
- Reason for requesting a refund
We will review your case and respond within 3 business days.
⚖️ Dispute Resolution
If a refund dispute arises, Haryorlex Studio will make a good-faith effort to resolve the issue. For payments made via platforms like PayPal, Fiverr, or Upwork, we follow the platform’s dispute and resolution process.
